When you book a cruise through our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined by both TourByCruise.com and the cruise line operator. Each cruise line has its own cancellation guidelines, which may vary based on the fare type, promotional offer, travel dates, and other specific terms.

Cruise Line Policies:
All cancellations are subject to the individual cruise line's cancellation rules. These rules typically include a schedule of cancellation fees based on how far in advance the cruise is canceled. As a general rule, cancellations made closer to the departure date may incur higher penalties, up to 100% of the booking cost. Some discounted or promotional fares may be non-refundable. We strongly recommend that customers review the cruise line’s fare conditions at the time of booking.

TourByCruise.com Service Fees:
In addition to the cruise line’s charges, TourByCruise.com may apply a nominal service fee for processing cancellations or modifications. This will be clearly communicated during the cancellation process.

How to Cancel:
To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Cancellations must be requested by the lead passenger on the booking and confirmed in writing (via email or through your user account). Once we process your request, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the cancellation details and any applicable refunds or penalties.

Refunds:
Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with the cruise line’s refund timelines. Refunds may take up to 14–30 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

Travel Insurance Recommendation:
To minimize financial risk, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cruise cancellations, delays, and emergencies.
